The cross country season was set to kickoff Saturday, with the Bison scheduled to run at Harrison’s Champ at the Amp invitational at the Tippecanoe Amphitheater but was postponed due to weather. In the meantime, we wanted to showcase one of our senior boys. Matthew McKinnis has been named the BC Cross Country Teammate of the Week due to his exceptional leadership, exceptional work ethic, and dedication to uplifting his cross country teammates. Matthew has been stepping up as a leader by constantly motivating his teammates to work hard, cheering them on during workouts, offering strategic advice, and ensuring that every athlete feels supported.
